This charming cafe, strategically located on a bustling avenue, offers a serene escape. The minimalist interior, adorned with tasteful decor, creates a soothing ambiance perfect for leisurely conversations. With a variety of seating options accommodating individuals, couples, and larger groups, the space feels both intimate and welcoming. A haven for coffee enthusiasts, the cafe boasts a comprehensive selection of coffee beans and brewing literature. Our cappuccino was a masterpiece of velvety texture and rich flavor, while the iced matcha, though bold, benefited from a touch of sweetener to balance its natural bitterness. The fresh cranberry muffin was the ideal complement to our drinks. The subtle background music enhances the overall experience without overpowering the chatter.

I absolutely loved the place. Had the lavender honey latte, and I have never heard such a good lavender flavoured syrup before. It felt very natural and not artificial like in most places. I do wish they had a bigger size, though, as all their eyes lattes were 12 ounces. The cafe itself is large and airy with a lot of natural light. The seats are sparsely located, so it doesn’t feel crowded. They have free Wi-Fi. There were also a bunch of pastry options, but I did not try any. They looked good, though. I was there for a while, and got some work done. Great place to read or just get some work done.

We love this place. Their pastries, both sweet and savory, come from a local baker. Their coffee is great, with real flavors not just bottled syrups. My son loves an off menu steamer, and when his flavor left the menu, they offered to help him find a new favorite flavor. Very sweet of them and A+ service. The parking lot is small, but there is street parking all around.

Lookout Coffee is definitely one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to since moving to the Bay Area. Their selection of food is great, the drinks are quite good, there’s plenty of space to sit and hang out, and they make a mean breakfast sandwich. I really only have one complaint, and that’s the price point. The size of the drink was a bit tiny for the price. Especially for a drink with ice. That said, I’d gladly come back (and plan to very soon). You should definitely give it a try if you’re in the area. Be sure to grab a Nutella filled chocolate chip cookie and a breakfast sandwich. Both are so good.

I really like this place — I’ve been coming here for over a year, several times a week (it’s pretty much my HQ for some me time ). Their lattes and pastries are delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music vibes are great, the staff is super friendly, and everything is always clean. I highly recommend this place!

Probably the best espresso in the South Bay Area. The baristas have the art and science of espresso down. Never burnt, always strong yet smooth (my preference). And the cashiers are always warm and friendly. Whenever I have friends visiting from out of town I bring them here.

Very cool, large cafe. I ordered a ‘San Jose Carl’ (espresso w/ honey), a peppermint tea, and a breakfast sandwich….all were delicious. While I prefer regular honey in my San Jose Carl, they used a honey syrup that gave it some sweetness, but lacked the rich honey flavor. I left a 25% tip because they deserved it with their level of service and care to the craft, which brought my tab to over $30…. I’ll be back, a delicious treat indeed.
